2. Placing Your Order

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging we received it.
  • Stock Confirmation & Shipment: We verify product availability before shipment. Most products are ready to ship; pre-orders or limited items may take more time.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email.
  • No Update? If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us.

3. Shipping Information

Delivery Locations
We ship across the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii may incur extra charges. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Timeline

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time (US): 3–10 business days
  • Pre-orders/Custom Products: 3–4 weeks (if applicable)

Special Delivery Conditions
Deliveries requiring special handling may result in additional fees.

Order Delays
In the event of delays, we will notify you to discuss alternatives, including cancellation.

4. Upon Delivery

  • Inspect Items: Check for visible damage before signing. Note any issues on the delivery receipt.
  • Verify Contents: Ensure all items are included. Report any discrepancies within 48 hours.
  • Concealed Damage: If discovered later, report it immediately.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will exclude shipping costs and be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened booster packs or sealed products
  • Single cards
  • Custom bundles or special releases
  • Clearance items
  • Items not in resellable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.

Inspection & Refund Processing:
Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after approval.

BOGO & Promotions:
All items in promotional offers must be returned for full refund eligibility.

Chargebacks:
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Please contact us to resolve any concerns before opening a claim with your bank.
