• 1–4 Rares or higher (Chance of 2: 30%, 3: 3%, 4: <1%)

• 1 Traditional Foil (can be any rarity, replacing a common)

• Chance for Foil Borderless Mythic Rare (<1% of packs)

• Foil basic land replaces land slot in ~20% of boosters
