Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t been shipped.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Because trading cards are collectible items, all sales are final unless:

  • You received the wrong item,
  • The product was damaged during shipping,
  • Or there was a fulfillment error on our part.

If one of these applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products (e.g., booster packs, sealed boxes)
  • Single cards, unless damaged or incorrect
  • Custom bundles or limited-edition items
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Inspection & Refunds

If a return is approved, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
