Placing an Order: What You Need to Know

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request.

Stock Verification & Shipping
We promptly verify the availability of your items with our suppliers. Most items are ready for immediate dispatch, while custom or made-to-order products may require additional time (see “Shipping Timeline”).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will proceed with shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information on the day your order is dispatched.

Order Follow-Up
If you have not received tracking information within six business days of your purchase, please reach out to us.

Delivery Locations
We ship across the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii — please contact us at support@magicsawshop.com for a shipping quote. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Special Delivery Conditions
Deliveries requiring special handling may incur an additional “difficult delivery fee.” Contact our team if you’re unsure about your delivery conditions.


Shipping Timeline

For the United States:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–10 business days
  • Custom Orders: Typically require 3–4 weeks of preparation before shipment

Order Delays

If your order experiences unexpected delays due to external factors or supplier issues, our support team will notify you with updates and options. You may cancel your order if the revised timeline is unsatisfactory.


Upon Delivery

Inspect Your Items
Before accepting the delivery, check for visible damage (dents, scratches) and note it on the delivery receipt. Signing a clean receipt confirms you received the item in perfect condition and may limit claims later.

Verify Package Contents
Ensure all items are present. Report any issues within 48 hours for prompt resolution.

Concealed Damage
If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim.


Order Refusal Policy

Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors will result in a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
